Step 1: Consultation & Site Assessment
We begin with a free on-site evaluation to assess pavement condition, subgrade stability, drainage, traffic flow, and any operational needs. This helps us design a paving plan tailored to your property, budget, and long-term maintenance goals.
Step 2: Proposal & Scheduling
We provide a detailed, transparent estimate outlining scope, materials, square footage, and timelines. Once approved, we schedule work around your operations—off-hours or weekends available to minimize business disruptions.
Step 3: Site Preparation
Our crew prepares the foundation by removing old asphalt, clearing debris, grading for proper drainage, and compacting the base. If needed, we stabilize soft areas or install new aggregate to ensure long-lasting structural support.
Step 4: Asphalt Installation
High-quality hot-mix asphalt is placed and compacted using precision equipment. We build each lift to the required thickness, ensuring smooth transitions, proper compaction, and a durable finish built for heavy commercial use.
Step 5: Finishing Touches
We complete the project with line striping, ADA markings, signage, curb paint, and concrete bumpers or bollards. If sealcoating is included, we apply it once the asphalt has properly cured for long-term protection.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Support
We perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations, provide maintenance recommendations, and offer ongoing support for future crack sealing, repairs, or resurfacing.
